When do you know the guy too likes you?

You can never be entirely sure if ANYONE likes you. Guys have difficulties figuring out if a girl likes him, and it would be a lot easier if you just told him. I advise you to just ASK the guy whether he likes you or not. It will not only make him feel good, but if he likes you, there will be a higher chance for him to ask you out because he won't have to worry about rejection.

If a guy likes you, he may make fun of you, but in a teasing manner, not being serious. If he hurts you physically, hes abusive and it does NOT show he likes you. If he touches you, thats alright, but hitting you is different, unless its light or made jokingly.

So just ask him. You can TRY to figure it out but you'll never be sure unless he just tells you or you ask him. Just pay attention to how much attention he pays to you. If he'll stop talking to someone to talk to you, or to say hi/wave or whatever, thats a sign. If you catch him staring often, and he holds your eyes for just a little longer after you catch him, thats a sign. Just watch how he acts around you, and how much he focuses on you. You won't be sure though, but if he has most of the signs you can figure out then ask him, and there will be a high chance he will.
